Great Geelong Wine Pour showcasing the region’s premium wines

September - November

The 2012 Great Geelong Wine Pour will take place during September, October and November - the peak season of 'wine events' in Geelong, coinciding with the Geelong Wine Show and the 11th Annual Toast to the Coast.

Participating restaurants will be showcasing wines from the Geelong wine region in a variety of ways, including:

• offering Geelong wines by the glass - putting them 'on the pour'
• holding special wine events and dinners
• adding new wines from the region to their wine lists

The Great Geelong Wine Pour encourages foodies and wine lovers to sample the best we have to offer across from Bellarine, Moorabool Valley and Surf/Coast Otways Regions and encourages Melbourne restaurant-goers to acquaint themselves with wines from this iconic wine region which is less than an hour away from Melbourne.  This year we welcome our first Melbourne restaurant to the Great Geelong Wine Pour - The Deanery!
