Scorched Restaurant showcasing Pettavel Wines, 17 June

Scorched Restaurant in Torquay, will be showcasing Pettavel wines with winemaker Peter Flewellyn, at a dinner on Thursday 17 June at 6.30 pm.
 
Included on the menu will be tastebud tempters such as "marinated beetroot, goats labna and walnuts", "eggplant and pumpkin tagine with slow cooked lamb, harissa and coriander" and "baked apple cream and pistachio baklava", all perfectly matched to Pettavel's estate grown, premium cool climate wines.
