On Saturday 26 June 2010, Otway Estate Winery and Brewery will host The Art of the Roast, a three course set menu featuring Otway Pork with Chef Duncan Green delivering a talk on the roast and sauce preparation. Combined with the Estate's cool climates wines and Prickly Moses beers this will be a perfect match.
Otway Estate situated in the beautiful Otway ranges promotes regional produce and sourcing on the best local produce where possible including from their own vegetable garden.
