Wine & Cheese making workshop
Want to Learn How to Make your own Cheese in a vineyard?
We are partnering with Magic Meadow Produce to deliver a wine and cheese making day at Austins & Co.
Pinot picking and Winery Tour followed by cheese making amongst the vines.
Learn how to make Gourmet Feta, Mascarpone and Sour Cream using local ingredients from Inglenook Dairy.
You will have the opportunity to graze on the Charcuterie station during the workshop and you will take home approx 1kg of Gourmet Fetta and a container of sour cream and Mascarpone.
There is a maximum limit of 15 people in each workshop.

Venue: Austins & Co, Steiglitz Road, Sutherlands Creek
Cost: $120 per person includes Cheese making workshop (with 3 cheeses to take home), grazing table for lunch, wine tasting throughout the day, pinot picking and behind the scenes winery & vineyard tour.
